ENTREPRENEUR VS BUSINESS

First of all. Let me clear our confusion between Entrepreneurship and Business. What is difference between entrepreneurship and business? 

Business is something about just making the profit of company. They are not innovative. There approach is very ordinary.They start what already exists in market. But the entrepreneurs are the logical and innovative one. Their approach is totally different, they try to solve the present market situation which are obsolete. And they they create new medium which will be useful to the customers. While the business people thinks about small improvement.

In my opinion we must try to be entrepreneur. Some people while starting up new venture think about being an entrepreneur but ultimately end up to be a business men.

 To simplify, the main focus for Business men is:

•  Administration of business
• Search for truth, Short-term
• Logical, Linear, Utility, Incremental
• Features
• Facts, Verbal, Measure
• Minimal Risks, Predictable, Smaller Rewards
• Profit

While, on the contrary, the main focus for Entrepreneurs is:

• Invention of business
• Search for what is interesting, Intuitive, Long-term
• Holistic, Significance & Meaning, Leap forward
• Benefit
• Emotion, Visual thinking
• Risk, Uncertainty, Potentially High Rewards values
